2024ねん12がつ2か から、ほけんしょうの ルールが かわります。
１．マイナカードを もっている 人（ひと）🏥
マイナカードが ほけんしょうに なります。 とうろく してください。
くわしいことは、電話（でんわ）（※）で 聞（き）いて ください。
２．マイナカードを もっていない人🩺
「資格（しかく）確認書(かくにんしょ)」が とどきます。「資格確認書」が ほけんしょうの かわりに なります。
３．マイナカードを つくりたい人🪪
もうしこみを してください。くわしいことは、電話（※）で 聞いて ください。
✅（※）外国語（がいこくご）の といあわせ電話番号（ばんごう）

🟢Health insurance card and ‘My Number’ card
From the 2nd of December 2024 the health insurance card rules are changing.
1. For ‘My Number’ card holders🏥
The ‘My Number’ card can be used as a health insurance card. Registration is necessary.
For more details, please enquire by phone.
2. For people without a ‘My Number’ card 🩺
You will receive an eligibility verification document.
This verification document can be used instead of the health insurance card.
3. People who desire a ‘My Number’ card🪪
You must make an application. For more details, please enquire by phone.

自2024年12月2日起，保险证的规则将发生变化。
1．持有My Number卡的人🏥
My Number卡将成为保险证使用。
需要注册。

2．未持有My Number卡的人🩺
将收到一份「资格确认书」。
「资格确认书」将代替保险证使用。
3．想办理My Number卡的人🪪
需要申请。
